This is our young peoples program. We inspire today, the leadership of tomorrow — using lots of humor, fun, and music!

Participants get:

• A higher sense of commitment and personal accountability
• A personal vision that defines how they see leadership, relationships, and happiness
• A next-action step for their lives

A commitment to leadership really keeps young people on track. A leader shows up putting themselves forward in such a way, that people want to help them create change. Young people who feel valued create more value for others.

This course in an accelerated path to leadership. We get extraordinary results in one day, but then again it’s not just any ordinary day.

This course will bring your young leaders together, and inspire them to step up bigger, and if that’s not enough it will also give them accurate feedback as to who’s ready to follow their leadership and who’s not so sure, and most importantly: why.

This course will inspire a whole new level of possibility for them. They would be well served by this emotional educational opportunity and compelling call to action this course provide .
