Some of our experience

For SurfSoft, we led a company meeting on professionalism. Our original set-up was to ground the group in their purpose for the day. We spoke about being fully present and of service to the company. We talked about level of commitment and posed questions to them about their responsibility to the success of their company.

Our objective was to "close the deal", and get each and every member of the SurfSoft staff to sincerely re-commit to team work and to meet the company's goals and creating a richer relationship with SurfSoft's clients.

For MBA net.com, we were brought in, following a big company shake-up. There was tremendous distrust among the company's employees, and an even bigger distrust between employees and management. The focus that day was to break loose the negativity, without invalidating how anyone felt. Our talk for that company was used as the foundation for company meetings for weeks to come. They used our approach to great success.

For the Elderday Care Center, we used recognition and acknowledgement techniques to help reduce the burnout factor for the caregivers. We opened up the need for ongoing check-ins, a "buddy system" is still in use today.

Our main objective in our seminars is to show people how to feel better, achieve greater results, and create fulfilling experiences - not only in the work place, but also bringing those concepts into their personal lives in such a way that they bring rejuvenation back with them to work.
