Noel Murphy was mentored by Harvard's Dr. Hugh Morgan Hill as young as ten years old. That same year he was put in front of the faculty of Harvard University presenting an impassioned story on the history of African Americans and slavery. At 12 he attended Hampshire Country School for exceptional children, where he also was awarded a scholarship to the Apple Hill Chamber Music school for piano. At 14 Noel was on the board of directors of Sundance; a non profit organization dedicated to funding youth programs (he was the youth vote). By 16 he had his own radio show.
From then all the way to now he's been clear that we each really do have a life's purpose and that we are never really totally fulfilled until we embrace and contribute to those around us. Noel Murphy does training and consulting for many Silicon Valley companies, and organizations with an emphasis on communication and Leadership skills . He has worked directly with Anthony Robbins, Deepak Chopra and Mark Victor Hansen among other best selling personal development mentors. He has rigorously studied a wide variety of adult education and experiential technologies.
He researched and developed breakthrough educational curriculums that are powerful and effective. Noel Murphy's approach to workshop facilitation is highly energetic, highly interactive, very funny, and serves to bring out the full participation o those he works with. Noel understands the human potential in a total way. He thinks in terms of mind, body and spirit. He is a trained Bioenergetics practitioner and certified in hypnosis. He uses rapid learning techniques that maximize the use of training time. His approach to curriculum development very specifically includes content and context analysis and learner testing.
